These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of applications, services, and software (“Services”) provided by BeZoned ApS, CVR: 44624206, Denmark (“BeZoned”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Relationship to License Agreement
Your use of the Services may also be subject to a separate License Agreement, Master Service Agreement, or other written agreement entered into between you (or your organization) and BeZoned (“License Agreement”).
Where a License Agreement exists, it governs licensing rights, commercial terms, and intellectual property
These Terms govern general access, acceptable use, and service conditions
In the event of a conflict, the License Agreement shall prevail

3. Description of the Services
BeZoned provides software solutions and related services intended for business and professional use. The specific functionality, scope, and availability of the Services may vary depending on configuration, subscription, or contractual agreement.
4. Authorized Use
You agree to use the Services only:
In accordance with these Terms and any applicable License Agreement
For lawful business purposes
In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the Services
Use the Services to distribute malware, unlawful content, or infringing material
5. Authentication and Access
Access to the Services may require authentication via third-party identity providers, including Microsoft Entra ID.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials
All activities performed under your account or tenant
Ensuring authorized users comply with these Terms
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to BeZoned ApS.
No rights are granted except as expressly set out in:

7. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or parts thereof) at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, except as expressly stated in an applicable License Agreement. BeZoned disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any applicable License Agreement, BeZoned ApS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services.
10. Privacy and Data Protection

Where applicable, data processing terms may be further governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.
