Recommending BeZoned

To run BeZoned you need to have a Microsoft 365 or Teams for business plan, e.g.:
Microsoft Teams Essentials
Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Standard/Premium
Microsoft 365 E1 / E3 / E5
To get the best user experience, we recommend using Microsoft Teams desktop version for either Windows or Mac.
Optionally you can add other Microsoft apps depending on your needs. This goes for example for the Copilot AI application, that has some limitations without the upgraded Copilot version.
You can purchase BeZoned directly through the Microsoft Marketplace (AppSource), with payment handled via your Microsoft account.

To cancel your BeZoned subscription, you’ll need to use the Microsoft Teams admin panel:
Sign in to the Microsoft Teams admin panel using an account with administrator permissions.
Locate your BeZoned subscription under the list of active services or licenses.
From there, you can cancel the subscription or adjust the number of BeZoned licenses as needed.
Only Microsoft Teams account administrators can perform this action.
BeZoned fully complies with GDPR and protects your personal information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. This ensures your data is securely scrambled before it’s sent from your device to our servers. Learn more about our privacy policy here.
Your non-BeZoned business data is stored directly in your Microsoft Teams account. It remains protected and backed up by Microsoft, according to their terms and conditions. Furthermore, your business data can always be accessed directly within Microsoft Teams, even if you stop using BeZoned.
BeZoned also uses Microsoft Teams authorization for both security and convenience through Single Sign-On (SSO). No extra password is required, and all user management is handled by your Microsoft Teams administrators.
In order to invite users to BeZoned they will need an active BeZoned license. The license can be purchases from Microsoft marketplace.
The new users will need to install BeZoned Teams app, either directly from inside Microsoft Teams or following this link.
The user can now enter BeZoned and enter the Lobby area. From here he/she can enter an office workspace or create a new one. If an office workspace is restricted, then the user vil need an invitation from a workspace admin to enter. This can be done from inside the BeZoned office workspace.
