Note that the 30-day trial period applies to your entire organization. Once you have started the trial and created your first BeZoned office, then you will be able to invite others.

With the free trial, your organization can use BeZoned for up to 30 days. First time you open BeZoned after the trial ends, you’ll be asked to choose a paid plan.
You won’t be charged automatically. To subscribe, you will be guided to the Microsoft AppSource marketplace. Payment is handled via your organization’s Microsoft account. You’ll need admin access to Microsoft Teams or assistance from a system administrator to start the subscription.

The trial period applies to your organization. This means it starts when the first person in your organization signs up. If – for example – you start using BeZoned five days later, you will only be able to use the trial version for 25 days.
When you are on the same Microsoft Teams tenant, you automatically join the same trial.
You can therefore easily join an existing trial either by signing up on the BeZoned website or directly from within Microsoft Teams by adding the BeZoned app.

To get the best user experience, we recommend using Microsoft Teams desktop version for either Windows or Mac.
Also note, full access to the AI functionality requires the upgraded Copilot version.

Your non-BeZoned business data is stored directly in your Microsoft Teams account. It remains protected and backed up by Microsoft, according to their terms and conditions. Furthermore, your business data can always be accessed directly within Microsoft Teams, even if you stop using BeZoned.
BeZoned also uses Microsoft Teams authorization for both security and convenience through Single Sign-On (SSO). No extra password is required, and all user management is handled by your Microsoft Teams administrators.
